For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Pixelarry is the data controller for personal data processed through the App as described below, except where Google acts as an independent controller for its advertising services.

2. Summary

  • The App is free and does not require registration or an account.
  • We do not run our own servers to collect your name, email, or game progress.
  • The App shows ads through Google AdMob.
  • In some regions, we ask for your consent before using data for personalized advertising.
  • Small amounts of data are stored on your device only (for example, tutorial progress).
  • You can manage ad choices in the App under Settings.

3. Information we collect and how we use it

3.1 Information we do not collect directly

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not directly collect:

  • Name, email address, or phone number
  • Precise real-time GPS location
  • Photos, contacts, or messages
  • Payment information (the App is free)

3.2 Information stored on your device (local only)

The App stores limited data locally on your Android device (for example, using on-device storage). This may include:

  • Tutorial progress and preferences
  • End-game statistics (such as years played and reputation reached)

This information stays on your device and is not sent to Pixelarry’s servers. It is removed when you uninstall the App or clear the App’s data (unless your device retains backups).

Purpose: To provide App functionality and remember your progress.

Legal basis (EEA/UK): Performance of the App’s core functionality / legitimate interest in providing a working game experience.

3.3 Advertising data (Google AdMob)

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). When ads are shown, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as:

  • Android Advertising ID and similar device identifiers
  • IP address (which may indicate approximate location at city or regional level)
  • Device type, operating system version, language, and screen characteristics
  • App and ad interactions (such as impressions and clicks)
  • Diagnostic, security, and fraud-prevention data related to advertising

Purposes:

  • Deliver and measure advertisements
  • Prevent fraud and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Provide personalized ads only where permitted by law and your choices

Legal basis (EEA/UK users):

  • Consent — for personalized advertising and related storage/cookies where required (for example, through Google’s User Messaging Platform consent message)
  • Legitimate interests — for non-personalized advertising, security, and measurement where consent is not required, balanced against your rights

Google’s processing is governed by:

You can learn more about Google’s ad practices and manage preferences at Google Ad Settings.

3.4 Consent and advertising choices

If you are in a region where consent is required (such as the EEA or UK), the App may show a consent message powered by Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) when advertisements are first shown or when the law requires an update.

You can change your advertising preferences at any time:

  • In the App: Settings → Ad privacy choices (when available)
  • On your device: Android settings for ads and privacy (for example, reset or limit your Advertising ID)
  • Online: Google Ad Settings

If you do not consent to personalized advertising, the App may still show non-personalized ads where permitted.

Consent choices may be stored on your device, including industry-standard signals (such as IAB Transparency & Consent Framework data processed through Google’s SDK).

3.5 In-game events

Random in-game market events are generated locally on your device from built-in templates. We do not send your game data to external AI services for that feature in the current version of the App.
